Analyzing the real estate market, mortgage market and interest rate environment became her area of expertise, and blossomed into a lifelong passion of analyzing the major indices. Her 39 year career evolved from Mortgage Bond Analyst, to Stock Market Analyst, Wealth Manager, and ultimately to Mortgage Loan Originator. She is also an expert Trader of Index Derivatives.
